We process orders within 3-4 business days. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day. We are not responsible for courier delays, losses caused by the courier, or delays caused by holidays and adverse weather conditions.

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. Depending on the country, the buyer may be required to pay these fees upon delivery.
For shipments outside the European Union, customs fees and other import charges in the destination country may be added to the total amount communicated to the customer, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that the customer is solely responsible for any costs, taxes, and duties related to importing the products into the country of delivery.
In the event of a failed delivery due to the recipient's absence at the specified address, the courier will leave a card certifying the delivery attempt. The card will contain the information the user must use to contact the courier and schedule a second delivery attempt. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be held in storage and Elata Customer Service will contact the user to release the hold and ensure delivery as soon as possible. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, the purchased product will be returned to Elata. After thirty days from the date the product is returned to Elata, the contract will be considered terminated and the purchase order cancelled pursuant to Article 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. Elata will refund the amount paid by the user, net of the costs of the unsuccessful delivery of the product, the costs of returning the product to Elata, and storage costs. The termination of the contract and the amount of the refund will be communicated to the user via email. The refund amount will be credited to the payment method used by the user for the purchase. If, before the thirty-day period expires, the user requests a new delivery of the purchased product, Elata will proceed with the new delivery, charging the user, in addition to the shipping costs, the cost of returning the product to Elata, and any storage costs. It is the recipient's responsibility to verify the condition of the delivered product.
